Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within five working days (Mon - Fri) of purchase. All of our candles and melts are hand poured and sometimes we need to pour your order before sending. We are a craft company, so can't go as fast as bigger companies. However, handmade is all part of why our customers love us.

Postage and packaging costs are £3.45 (free over £30) and are sent out Royal Mail 48, using a fully tracked service. Where there is an option to upgrade to Premium Shipping, items are then sent Royal Mail 24 if that option is selected.

**Please note** We are currently going through a worldwide pandemic. Royal Mail are no longer honouring regular delivery times. This information can easily be found on their website. Please allow up to 10 business days after an item is dispatched for delivery. We have no control over this whatsoever. However, by sending items fully tracked (at no additional cost to our customers), our items are given priority shipping.
